Losch's Riverview Retreat:  ~Rates~ 
   
Reservations:
50% Deposit required to hold requested date(s).  Balance due in full upon arrival & check in.  
We accept payment by cash, check,  money order, Visa, Discover & Mastercard.  
Note: checks & money orders only accepted as an advanced deposit.
 
Rates:
Rates are based upon a 2 person occupancy.  Facility sleeps 6.
Add $10.00 per night per additional person, including children of any age. 
 
 
Daily Rate:  $85.00/night
Weekly Rate:  Pay for 6 nights & 7th is free or $510.00 per week. 
Check-in time: 3:00 pm - 7 pm  unless prior arrangements have been made.
Check-out time: 11:00 am
 
 
Cancellation Policy:
 
Cancellation fee is $20.00 plus any charges we incur via PayPal or a GoPay
for processing credit cards.
 
Weekly Rental:  Notice must be given 14 days prior to arrival for a refund
less the cancellation fees listed above.
 
Daily Rental:  Notice must be given 48 hrs. prior to arrival for a full refund, 
less any fees noted above.
 
Please note:  Reservations can not be transferred into another parties name.
 
Failure to comply with the terms listed above will result in loss of your deposit.

Losch's Riverview Retreat: ~Rules & Policies~ 
 
 
 
Visitors: For insurance reasons, All visitors of our guests staying at Losch's Riverview 
Retreat must register at the office upon arrival.
 
No Pets.  
 
No Indoor Smoking.  There is plenty of area outside & on the wrap-around porch............
if you need to smoke. Please do not discard butts on the ground!
  
Campfires: Campfires are permitted only in the brick area provided, overlooking the Juniata River.
 
Gas Grill:  A gas grill is provided for your use.  Please DO Not move the grill 
from its current location.
 
Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic beverages are permitted for adults 21 years & older.
 
Children: Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children at all times.
 
Pool: Swimming pool hours are 10:00 am to 7:00 pm daily. The pool is only for
registered guests, not for family & friends of registered guests. Rules are posted at the pool.
 
Liability: Losch's Riverview Retreat is not liable for any acts of theft, vandalism, 
or damage caused by natural elements. 
 
Unlicensed Motor Vehicles: Unlicensed motorized vehicles are not permitted at the rental.  
 Medically needed vehicles are an exception to this rule.
 
Leaving the Property:  Guests are expected to follow guidelines posted on the refrigerator 
when preparing to leave the property. Guidelines give instructions for trash placement, etc.
 
Eviction: As a registered guest of Losch's Riverview Retreat, you acknowledge the acceptance 
of these Rules & Policies. Any guest found not obeying these Rules & Policies, 
or displaying any action or conduct we deem unsuitable will be asked to leave
without warning and without a refund of any and all payments.
